You must observe the following conditions, while on the ice:
Only skaters will be permitted onto the ice.
Make sure your skates are correctly fastened.
Rink marshals and event stewards are there for your safety and you must follow their directions.
Wear gloves.
Always skate in an anti-clockwise direction.
Report all accidents to a member of staff.
All skaters should skate within their limitations.
Do not sit or climb on the safety barrier.
Do not smoke, drink or eat on the ice.
Do not drop litter on the ice.
Do not carry young babies or young children on the ice.
Chains of skaters must not consist of more than three people.
Do not skate under the influence of alcohol.
Mobile phones, cameras and personal music players are not permitted on the ice.
The throwing of snow or ice and the chipping or digging of holes in the ice is strictly prohibited and will result in ejection.
Speed skating or other dangerous activity is not permitted and will result in ejection.
Skaters must wear gloves while on the ice. Long and thick socks are also recommended. A selection of gloves will be on sale from the on site Ticket Office.
The ice rink arena is accessible to wheelchair users and there is a ramp in place to gain access to the ice rink. The ice rink staff are available to assist. We recommend that wheelchair users are accompanied onto the ice by a competent skater. Disabled toilet facilities are available on site.
